If you are making a purchase on our raffles, you probably have seen this. We want to let you know these are option features and that by clicking the “?” mark and then “here” you can opt out. American Hose Company Raffle Guidelines

The AHCO online raffles are available for as a donation per each chance. All posts will contain a link to online checkout, you must complete the purchase process in order to be entered into the raffle. You will receive an email receipt for your purchase. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes of your ticket purchase, the transaction was not completed. Check your JUNK or SPAM folder for email if not received, then contact us. There are no tickets or anything else provided. Your email is your receipt and proof of entry. No refunds provided.

Online raffles are only eligible to Pa State residents and must contain the name of a person 18 years or older. For any alcohol or alcohol store/purchase related drawings you must be 21 years of age or older. Items where there are specified or laws or law for a minimum age, the winner must be of required age or older. Do not bid if you do not meet legal restrictions or you may forfeit the prize.

The AHCO will post via Facebook, the date and times of raffles and will have a live drawing for winners. All names entered are placed on a numbered sheet, based off of date and time of purchase, with #1 being first purchase. Prior to drawing, the list of entries will be displayed on the live video. Winners will be selected by random drawing of numbered balls. All decisions final by AHCO. Winners will receive the item being raffled off, no exceptions. The live drawing will remain on our Facebook feed for at least 30 days.

Winners will be contacted by email or phone from the fire company and date/time for pickup will be coordinated. Items must be claimed in 30 days. Those not picked up may be forfeited back to AHCO. ID may be required for prize pickup, please bring a photo ID with you. If someone will be picking up the prize for you, please let us know before they arrive. Once pickup up, the prize becomes your responsibility and AHCO provides no warranty or accepts returns and AHCO accepts no responsibility. The winner releases and holds harmless the American Hose Company from all civil & legal liability that may arise from the participation in a raffle, possession, & use of prizes thereafter. Please contact us for issues.

The AHCO may modify these guidelines at any time. By purchasing an entry to an AHCO raffle, you agree to these rules.

Prizes must Be Picked up at AHCO 39 Mauch Chunk St in Tamaqua, we will not provide delivery. We will contact winner and set up time for pickup. Our building is not manned 24X7 and is locked.
