The American Hose would like all our families, friends and community to have a safe Christmas and holiday season this year. Check your decorations and lights for damaged wires or bad plugs. Be careful with candles, never leave a burning candle unattended, make sure the open flame is far away from any material that can catch fire. Use flameless battery operated candles as an option. Take extra care with making those cookies so you do not burn yourself or others, keep flammable materials off the stove. And always, check your tree daily and make sure it has water and is using water. Even if full, if the stump stopped taking water, it will dry out.
