Units on scene, small building with rail tanker and one vehicle. 360 showed no leaks, but unable to locate driver of vehicle. Units remained on scene till driver of vehicle was located. Security contacted and they verified this was the driver for Tanner Industries that picks up a mobile tanker for deliveries. All units cleared shortly after.
