2231: Tamaqua fire, rescue and EMS, dispatched to 14 West Broad St for an apartment building fire. Police on scene, reporting smoke showing.
E778 en-route, update from county, building being evacuated, PD on scene with smoke showing inside on 3rd floor. AHCO responding with E776, county advised that PD believes they have fire knocked down. L770 responding with crew and E775 remained in station on stand-by with a crew.
Rescue was released and shortly after E776 was released. Other companies remained on scene with smoke ejectors for some time.
