E782 responded with L770 crewed by AHCO responding shortly after. L770 took position on A/B corner to set up for water town operations while crew provided manpower. Roof was accessible with ground ladders and opened up by crews, water tower not used.
Tamaqua units remained on scene for about 2 1/2 hours.
