0235: Tamaqua Fire for the ladder and South Ward for an engine, 35 Plaza Drive, Hometown Wal Mart, Commercial Fire.
AHCO crewed L770 and responded, update from county, PD on scene with fire showing in Lawn and Garden section. South Ward E784 also responding. E784 staged in front of building for man power, L770 to rear of structure for roof access. Stick thrown, crew to roof to ventilate. Sky light partially burned open, crew opened up rest of sky light.
L770 and E784 released in about an hour, Hometown still on scene with multiple fans in place for ventilation. Fire marshal on-scene at this time.
